Women's UGG Tassy Platform Moccasin

Good quality . Just the sheep skin fur is not soft and also I don’t know if it’s just mine but the fur sticks out at the top. But I wore them daily and love them and they last great when it’s raining they do not get damaged at all. Otherwise I do recommend them!

My daughter got these with her birthday money but got delivered a size down to what she asked for. A day after she spilt water over them and was devastated, she told me it came with a waterproof coat on the Uggs which was said in the box yet all the water sunk into the Uggs and have left a huge stain on the top. The Tasman lace has started to come out. I know she has already worn the Uggs but please could we get sent a second pair or our money back. She was so excited when she got it and, she threw out the trash but kept the box just in case. Could you please consider sending her money back or a replacement please?
