UGG Australian Collection offers free delivery Australia wide for all orders over $100.

UGG Australian Collection shipping internationally to New Zealand only.

Express orders placed before 11am AEST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Standard orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 11am, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day. Australian orders are sent via Australia Post eParcel and other couriers and best efforts are made to deliver products to you within 5 working days. All deliveries are issued with a tracking number.

Click & collect is available from our Brookvale warehouse at 24 Chard Road, Brookvale NSW 2100. Orders are usually ready within 4 hours — please wait for your ready-for-collection email before coming in. 

International orders may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area & country, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail.

If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected. *Your signature may be required upon delivery.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times only, therefore UGG Australian Collection is not guaranteeing delivery dates. Please kindly note that Registered Shipping only has limited tracking access and the tracking number will only be valid in your country’s Post Tracking System once it has reached the local postal services for scanning and processing.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is delayed, lost or damaged in transit, you must notify us within 30 business days from the shipment date.

Returns

By placing an order, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to us. Please refer to our Returns Policy for further information on how to return your packages.
