Terrible Customer Svc

Ordered slides never received them before Xmas ! Took my money sent 5 emails then got a reply saying slides are ready to collect in NSW!! I live in Melbourne- I tell them to ship to Melbourne 2 weeks ago - no reply I have sent 4 more emails chasing order - still no reply ! Terrible customer service- I would not recommend you order from them .. no communication bract number either - absolutely disgraceful
